Oecanthus exclamationis
The song of Davis’ tree crickets can often be mistaken for Narrow-winged tree cricket or a cool weather Two-spotted tree cricket.
Female Davis’ tree cricket have a sleek and elegant appearance. This species has just a touch of golden yellow on the top of the head. They were named exclamationis because the markings on the first two antennal segment look like an upside down exclamation point.
